We use a third party carrier to deliver your door canopy. They will ask you to sign to say you have accepted the delivery. If you are out when the carrier arrives, they will ask a neighbour to sign on your behalf. If no-one is available to sign, they will leave your canopy unsigned for, concealing it from view if possible.
Deliveries are made during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
If you change your mind, you have the right to return your door canopy within 7 days of receipt. For us to accept your return, the canopy must be in perfect and unassembled condition. It also must be carefully repacked into its original packaging for safe transit. If you wish to make a return, contact us on or ring our hosts, QMP, on 01384-899800. A handling charge of 15% will be deducted from the credit given to cover return freight and administration.
Please tell us within 3 days of receipt if your door canopy has arrived in less than perfect condition by emailing us at or ringing our hosts, QMP, on 01384-899800.
